AVE GENEROSA

Yesterday the string quartet I wrote almost half a year ago, was finally recorded! 4 very talented string players nailed it in 30 minutes! The result is to be found at the ‘music’ section, or here. The piece is called ‘Ave Generosa’, and is dedicated to one of my biggest idols, the German medieval nun Hildegard von Bingen. |

After a time of silence that has lasted long enough now, the folk-band Cesair is back! We were very proud to play on this years edition of Summer Darkness, and now we can also present to you our brandnew website! Cesair brings catchy and moving songs, while combining musical styles from all over the world, using only acoustic instruments. |

FAUN ‘EDEN’

The artwork for Faun‘s latest masterpiece called ‘Eden’ is finished. The 70 pages of the booklet, the 3 different covers… it was one eh, Hell of a ride… I’ve added the covers and a few pages to the design gallery. You can also find a new sticker design under ‘Promo’. SCHWARZBLUT REMIX

For the follow-up of their first full length album ‘Das Mausoleum’, the Dutch band (or actually better called ‘Tonkunstgesellschaft’) Schwarzblut asked me to do a remix of one of their new songs. An offer I enthusiastically accepted. Schwarzblut blends romantic melancholic Weimar poetry with danceable dark electronic music. The release of the album is scheduled for the first half of 2012. |
